Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dead Down Wind.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).  Orders place on the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significate delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.  We offer FedEx Standard as a shipping method.  If you need an overnight order shipped please contact us at 800-468-8339.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.

Dead Down Wind ships to addresses with the U.S., U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking. 

If you create an account prior to placing your order, you will be able to log in to your account and once your order has shipped you will see the tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Dead Down Wind is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages.

Dead Down Wind is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
